[Gatesedge] Tables and Royal/Barional Pavilion

Well, It seems that the Baron is way behind on his information.  I just got
a call that the tables are already taken care of.  Lissa and I will be there
in the morning with our Pavilion to be used as needed.

I just wanted to let you know that I will be bringing the tables with me
when I come up tomorrow.  I also need to confirm the arrangements for a
Royal/Baronial Pavilion.  Should I bring mine or has arrangements been made

Luckily I guess I caught a more optimistic weather report--sounded like
chance of rain and partly cloudy for Saturday. Keep your fingers crossed,
folks, the weather often seems to surprise us mortals! That's one thing I
have learned from flying.

Serin, Bowen, myself, Fiametta, Gisele and hopefully others will be on-site
for setup. 

I'm at the moment printing out handouts which will be given out at Gate,
which include the menu.
