[Gatesedge] Thursday Planning Meeting

Hi folks, just a gentle reminder that the Harvest Faire planning meeting was
rescheduled for this Thursday 29 September at 7 pm.  It will be held at
Meyers Park in conjunction with the regular fighter practice.  All
coordinators are asked to attend and if not able to attend please e-mail
myself and Lord Eadric with any problems, help needed requests or just a
everything is ok.  Please make sure you get this to us no later than 5pm
Thursday.  It is our intent that any possible problems will be taken care by
the meetings end.  Thanks for your time.
