[Gatesedge] Award Recomendations

To the Genteel Populace of Gate's Edge,

We have an event coming hard on our heals!  I  make a
call to the populace to get your award recommendations
to crown soon, so they may have time to review them.

Also, if you are willing and able, please let me know
who you are recommending so that I may record the
populace's gifts and talents.

Have you noticed a person new to the SCA that has made
their mark?-Recommend them for an AOA!  

How about an artist that you've admired their work at
guild meeting, A&S competitions or over a shared brew
in the garage?-Recommend them for a Thistle! If they
have Thistles galore, it may be time for that Iris!

Seen someone working hard for the group as an officer,
event steward, guild head? A Comet may be a great for
them!  Working for the kingdom?  They may need a
Crane! Do they wear their comet and Crane with pride
while working?  A Star of Merit may be in order!
