[Gatesedge] Yearly Budget

As reminded at the Pop meeting yearly budget requests are due shortly and unless you want to be stuck with -0- a budget with a detail listing of what you expect to need would be appreciated so that the finacial committee can look over this and also it is requested to be sent to kingdom.

A preliminary budget should be ready for our Oct Pop meeting to turn in to me.
