Tonight is populace, I hope most of you can attend, we have MUCH to talk
about.

That being said, I will not be at populace tonight.  I have picked up a
cold so Lord Robert

is chairing the meeting for me.  The agenda is quite full as we have
many things to talk about 

with the war college tavern coming up next month and you have my
apologies for not being 

there for you tonight.
