Weather Report for those going to Gulf Wars:

Looks like there was some minor showers this morning ahead of the cold front that will be closer to 9-10 PM tonight that will generate thunderstorms stretching 
from the OK/TX boarder Northwest of Dallas to Southwest of San Antonio. This thunderstorm will be passing through the from the morning to night. 
This rain will be moving into LA/MS Monday-Tues, dropping anywhere from 1 to 3+ inches of rain.

Forecast for Gulf Wars
Monday Thunderstorm, High of 63 degrees F, Low 43 degrees, 10 mph wind.
Tuesday it will clear up, High of 65 degrees F, Low 40 degrees, 8 mph wind.
Starting Wednesday, Winds will calm down to 3-5 mph, Highs of low to mid 70s, Lows of Mid 40s/ low 50s.
Friday through Sunday, winds pick up again to 7 mph, roughly the same conditions as Wed. and Thurs. Highs of Mid 70's, Lows of low 50s.

Current Driving Warnings:

Traffic is light in the Houston Area, minor congestion on 610 Westbound from Hardy Toll Road to T C Jester. 
There is construction on Hwy 290 both directions from Antoine to 610 for re-stripping, alternating lane closures, expected to be done by midnight tonight (3/9).
Construction along I-10 Eastbound near Beaumont after the I-10/Hwy 90 Hwy 96/Hwy 69 Interchange, Lanes reduced to 2 lanes from 3.
Construction along 1-10 Westbound near Orange after 16th St exit. Alternating lane closure for repairs. (May be done by End of War)
