[Gatesedge] Stepping down from A&S

I got the feeling since people were trying to replace me in my office, two that I am also moving out of the area and three I have way too many duties in other clubs that it is time to step down as A&S minister.
 
I still plan to keep going some A&S activities but since so far no one has ever come out to one in the new location I will just do them on an as asked time frame.
