<P>Mid-Summer Faire Regalia Sewing Project</P></U>
<P align=justify>Hello to all eager artsy-craftsy gentles of Gates Edge. (Yes, if you can cut along a line, or can sew a stitch, or can pin two pieces of fabric together, you qualify as artsy-crafty.)</P>
<P align=justify>I wanted to inform you that our Canton needs helping hands in creating Canton regalia for Mid-Summer Faire, and also for use at any events we attend or host. Lady Gwynafwy has agreed to host the next Regalia sewing session as part of sewing guild on Thursday, February 8<SUP>th</SUP>, 7:00pm at Northwoods Presbyterian Church where we hold populace. The fabric and thread for the pass-down prize banners is being provided, only extra scissors, and sewing machines will be needed if you intend to help cut or sew. </P>
<P align=justify>At the same time, if you would also like to work on other regalia items,(favors, decorative banners, etc), please feel free to bring your ideas and/or donations of fabric and thread. Preferably, but not limited to the basic heraldic colors, (black, white/silver, red, blue, green, yellow/gold, and purple). Be sure to pre-wash and dry the fabric.</P>

<P align=justify>***If you are not sure how to make "regalia", do not be discouraged. There will be those on hand who can offer ideas and show you how. I will also bringing an extra sewing machine along for someone to use if they don’t have one.</P>
