<P>Well thanks for the compliment, but my intention was not as a rebuttal or to dis-prove anyone's point. You have nothing to be sorry about. My message could have been attached to any one of the related messages, yours just happened to be the one that was open when I had some time to actually respond to the general subject. If it appeared in any way like a reprimand, then please accept my apology.</P>
<P> I just recall that a few of our friends have some serious, even near fatal, allergic reactions to many of the items we use to cook with, make soaps and perfumes with, even to cigarette smoke, etc.</P>
<P>My greatest point was meant to be that we should not be too preoccupied with who maintains what personal info., we should all use our own judgement as we do with any info we receive. Either commit it to memory, save it, or trash it.</P>

<DIV></DIV>>On going back and reading what I wrote, it does rather appear nonchalant about being informed about serious allergies that our friends might have. I agree, these are things that are important for people to know when entertaining, and I'm sorry for coming across that way. Seren, of course, has the best idea: share the info, whether it's dealing with allergies or preferences, and do with it what you will.
