<DIV>Stargate's Day at the Collisseum event is fast approaching, next weekend. I am coordinating the prizes for the winners of the A&S, javelin throw, archery, equestrian and heavy armoured combat competitions. An overall winner will also be chosen. I am solicitng your assistance and requesting donation of goodies that any SCA'er would be happy to receive. If you have anything to contribute or have already stated that you were donating items for prizes, please bring them to the monthly Stargate populace meeting this coming Monday the 8th. If you are not able to attend on Monday, but have a donation please contact me and we'll make arrangements for me to pick it up.</DIV>

<DIV>I am also coordinating takedown on Sunday after the event and am requesting that all those who can spare a couple of hours on Sunday Sept.14th, please come to or stick around at site to assist in taking down decorations, pavillions, portable showers, etc. and to cleanup the grounds. Many hands make lighter work of it. Although I am not coordinator for set-up, I highly encourage all who can to come out on Friday before the event to help with set-up and decorating. Hey you Gate's Edgers, our own Lady Fiametta is handling decorations and would probably appreciate all the help she can get.</DIV>
