<DD>The 2004 St. Andrew's Celtic Festival being held at<BR>
<DD>St. Andrew's Episcopal Church 1819 Heights Blvd. Houston, TX<BR><BR></DD></DL>The demo starts at 12 PM with a parade led by The Rogues and finishes at 5 PM. Setup begins at 11:30.
