to help set up our Event!</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial>At the business meeting Wednesday night, it was
established that we are about 85% sure that Friday night will be set up time
starting at about 7 pm. The only possible glitch is it is still not 100% sure
that the KofC has not scheduled an event for Friday night in the hall. Aylwin is
trying to run down that piece of information for us and I'm sure she will post
to the list as soon as she has additional information. But as of now, Friday at
7 pm is what we are aiming for as a set-up time. The worst possible scenario is
that we show up with our stuff to find the hall being used. We are working to
prevent that from happening. Should this happen or if we find the hall is booked
for Friday night, we will set up being at 7 a.m Saturday morning. Everybody keep
their fingers crossed that Aylwin discovers tha hall is *not* booked for Friday
