Currently the online weather services are forecasting a 90% chance of
rain on Saturday with a high temperature of 47%. If they are correct
then we very likely will not setup the range for archery practice on
Saturday but will instead just party in the evening.<br>

OK folks it is time that we hear from everybody so we can get a
relatively close count of who will be here this weekend. Please dont
assume that we just know you will be there.<br>

Archery Practice starts around 11AM Saturday weather permitting<br>
Yule party starts around 6PM Saturday and goes til.....<br>
Combat Archery Playday (weather permitting) or workday starts Sunday

participate, please bring a wrapped gift that an SCA person would like,

those who are bringing children to the
party, there will be gifts under the holiday tree for them.

There will be an assortment of hot food items which will be
provided by your hosts, sides and deserts are welcomed (vegetable
platter,
cheese platter, olives, holiday salads, etc).<span style="">
