They must be postmarked by Jan. 31!<BR><BR>Online registration via ACCEPS is open until Feb. 24, so budget that<BR>$60 into your next paycheck! :) When you do preregister, in the<BR>"Group Camping With" box please use the following format: Kingdom<BR><space> group name<BR><BR>Examples:<BR>Ansteorra Mooneschadowe<BR>Ansteorra Stargate<BR>Ansteorra Bryn Gwlad<BR><BR>Hopefully doing so will decrease the amount of hunting through all<BR>Gulf Wars attendees in order to find those camping with Ansteorra.<BR><BR>A few things to remember about Gulf Wars:<BR>- your help is always needed, volunteer for anything that sounds interesting!<BR>- it's going to rain so put that rain fly on your tent when you set it<BR>up, even if it is 90 degrees and sunny!<BR>- pack a small piece of blue foam so you can cut inserts for
your<BR>shoes when your feet start hurting on Wednesday!<BR>- eating four cookies a day from the bakery keeps your energy up.<BR>Besides, who counts calories on vacation?!<BR><BR>Still trying to decide if you want to go? Look at pictures from<BR>previous wars, it will get your blood pumping and the excitement will<BR>begin!<BR><BR>Some unconfirmed rumors about this year:<BR>- two shower trailers!<BR>- clean(er) porta-potties!<BR>- new food merchants!<BR>- a revamped schedule so you don't need to clone yourself to be<BR>everywhere you want to be!<BR><BR>Once you have registered for the war, contact your local or regional<BR>land coordinator and give them your information. This will help us to<BR>make sure Ansteorra is allotted the proper amount of land for our<BR>populace and gives us a chance to fix any goofs before you arrive.<BR>There's no worse feeling than driving 14 or more hours to war to be<BR>told your registration didn't go through!
