office-related email account. This allows officers to be able to easily<br>
maintain official correspondence, making the transition to a new officer<br>
all that much easier. Having a standardized email address is also easier<br>
for everyone to remember, and doesn't require special permission to be<br>
published in a newsletter or on a website.<br>

Effective as of this most recent Round Table, July 18, the Kingdom<br>
Seneschal is requiring all branch seneschals to transition to the official "<br>
<a href="mailto:seneschal@branchname.ansteorra.org">seneschal@branchname.ansteorra.org</a>" email address. This transition is to<br>
occur within six months.<br>
<br>
Many groups are already using <a href="http://branchname.ansteorra.org" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">branchname.ansteorra.org</a> email addresses. If<br>
your group has not yet transitioned, the seneschal should email<br>
<a href="mailto:serveradmin@ansteorra.org">serveradmin@ansteorra.org</a> and we can get started.<br>

If you are an officer and think your group has such accounts but you do not<br>
have access to yours, please <a href="mailto:emailserveradmin@ansteorra.org">emailserveradmin@ansteorra.org</a> and cc: your<br>
upline officer and we'll get it sorted out.<br>
