GL - Membership form

    If someone can print me a copy of an SCA membership form or has one 
handy, I would appreciate it.  I do not have printer access.  I have to get 
my money in ASAP if I am even going to start the paper work to be our 
Herald.  What does the basic membership cost now anyway?
