Oh now Afan.  You know better than to a question like that!  You know the preferable answer would be of the men in the canton....out of garb of course.  But then we have to deal with the police, the on-lookers, etc. etc. and it could get kind of messy.

But if you mean is it garb or "mundane garb", I think it's mundane.
