   Congrats indeed!

  I would also like to send a healthy "Vivat!" to David for his work on his
first court as herald.  It takes a lot of nerve to get up there and people
are not as usually use to making mistakes in public as I am. :)  I think he
will do very well with a little more practice and watching others.
