Greetings To All Gentles By These Presents Bring:
We are very pleased to announce that at the Second Glaslyn
Artisan of The Flame, the following winners were announced
this past weekend before HE Baron Fritz:
ARTISAN OF THE FLAME Lady Kira Ryan of Steppes
A special original scroll was presented, in addition to a large
gift basket, the Artisan of the Flame gets a pass down
cloak to wear for one year done in Glaslyn
dual colors (red and Yellow) with a red collar and
our Device on the back, to be improved each year
by the entering of the Artisan's name and date in the lining.
It will be the honor the this years winner to assist at Court
in the presentation of the cloak to the winner next year.
KEEPER OF THE FLAME HL Tanwyn Aneira of Elfse
A special original scroll was presented, in addition to a gift basket,
The Keeper of the Flame gets a pass down cloak done in Glaslyn
dual colors (Red and Gold) with a gold collar and
the Glaslyn Device (in color) on the back to be improved each year
by the entering of the Artisan's name and date in the lining.
It will be the honor the this years winner to assist at Court
in the presentation of the cloak to the winner next year.
The Keeper of The Flame Award is given in dual part each
calendar year, that is, once at The Glaslyn Defender of
the Flame event by the Ladies of Glaslyn for the Fighter
who displays the best Spirit of Glaslyn. A second award
is given by the Lords of Glaslyn at The Artisan of The Flame
event, to the Artist that best displays the Sprit of Glaslyn.
STEPPES BARONIAL COURT
We are also pleased to announce the following Kingdom OP
level awards were given during court:
Lady Joan from Caithess AoA
Lady Lavina del Bakhaus Sable Comet of Ansteorra
Our congratulations to the winners, to those that were called forward
for an award, and many thanks to all of those that either helped or
came the long journey on the royal roads to our canton.
We look forward to seeing each of you at next years event, to be
larger, better, with more classes. Our most special thanks to
HE Baron Fritz for coming to join us, teaching blacksmithing
outside morning and afternoon, and for his and the Baroness'
many efforts to ensure that the spirit of Glaslyn burns brightly
guarding the Steppes.
