[Glaslyn] Populace meeting/ christmas party tonight

There seems to be some confusion about dress for tonight. Contrary to
what is the usual practice for populace and what was on the web site -
Tonight's party is modern day, casual cocktail, clothing -- not garb. If
you want to wear garb you are welcome to but most of the rest of us will
be in slacks and a nice shirt/blouse.
