Several years back, Lord Kirk Dragomani, who now lives in the Kingdom of Atlantia, wrote a Autocrat Guide Book, with input from several other gentles. I have recently updated this guide book to reflect current situtations and Kingdom Law. It contains useful checklists, forms and much valuable information for both the first time as well as the experienced autocrat.
Anyone who is interested in taking a look at it can go to http://briefcase.yahoo.com/padraig_ruad, click on the folder Misc. SCA, and then click on Autocrat Guide Book. It is in Word format.
