[Glaslyn] Joint Steppes/Elfsea Fighter Practice

I am sending this on behalf of Lord David, Rapier
Marshall in Glaslyn.

For those of you who are interested in attending the
joint Steppes/Elfsea fighter practice this Sunday,
there WILL be rapier practice.

Also, the Canton has obtained "some" loaner equipment.
So if you are interested in learning the art of rapier,
please come out and join the fun.
