[Glaslyn] Joint Fighter Practice

I'm not sure how often, but the joint fighter practices are happening
on a regular basis. The dates should be posted to the lists as they
come up. However, if you contact any of the Knight Marshals, they
should be able to tell you when and where the practices are
happening.
