It would be my personal preference that such a meeting be held at
Lindenwood's populace meeting on June 23 or at any date thereafter. If it
is held at our populace meeting, there is a time constrant as we have much
work to do to decorate the hall and prepare the sideboard, but it would
certainly be possible to discuss amongst ourselves as we toiled, should
the honorable populace of Glaslyn be willing to do so.

Failing that, I would humbly submit that a weekend day to be best for any
such meeting. It would be a hardship for either populace to find their way
to each other's geographical area on a weekday night... the distance is
not so great, but the traffic is.
