GL - Gulf Wars

Greetings Glaslyn!

Airaklee and I are safely home and had a wonderful time at Gulf Wars.  I 
wanted you all to know that the ballista from Glaslyn was one of the best 
there.  Not only was it beautiful, it was deadly to our foes.  Thank you, 
thank you, THANK YOU ... to all who contributed to making it and manning it. 
  After watching them fire it, I'm spurred to get my armour together to man 
it next year.

I fought rapier this weekend for the first time and killed three of the 
enemies and stayed alive in 2 of the 6 battles.  Ansteorra faired well in 
the war points, but we do not know the total outcome of War.

Harries received an Acorn from the Steppes.  Vivat Harries!!!

Looking forward to seeing you all again and recounting the stories of Gulf 
Wars X.
