To Herries and the the heavy and light coordinators,

Would those running these please give me information on the format of the 
tourneys (I know only the basic concept of the heavy) and the site 
information.  I need this so I can go to Anst-Announce and such and get this 
thing out there for people to plan. whether we get something to the Black 
Star or not.  The more information I have the better presentation I can 
write for the event announcement on-line.  I am the herald after all and I 
can always add a little flair. :)
