It sounds like things are coming together.  Herries, you have done a great
job.

By the way, change can be a factor in setting a gate fee..  People,
especially gate guards, like round numbers.

We need to delay ANY decisions about site or tavern fees until an official
meeting.  We still don't have a definite budget drawn out, and I am hesitant
to set any kind of pricing until that is done.  It's the whole "cart before
the horse" idea.

I do not think that the list is an appropriate forum for this discussion.
This list is read by people outside of the canton.  They should not come
away from it with one conception of a gate fee for this event only to be
surprised at troll.
