GL - FW: GW Champion Selection Event (fwd)

I am forwarding the following message for consideration by the group.
Does anyone thing that we could handle this event? We have 2 "possible"
sites - the Visual Arts Center and the Fair Grounds.
I think that if this involves 40 tables we "might" be able to use the
Visual Arts Center and book the 2 Arts Studios for classes, meetings, etc.
Any thoughts, ideas, etc. etc.
