[Glaslyn] Rapier Practice in Glaslyn

Greetings Everyone:

Lord David de la Roke has just returned from the doctor.  As suspected, he has
another round of pneumonia.  Needless to say, Rapier Fighter Practice is off for
at least 3 weeks and possibly longer.  Again, I will keep you updated.
