It is my pleasure to pass along the announcement that this weekend, at
Stargate, Their Majesties announced the elevation of Sara Penrose to the
Laurelate.

I has been my great pleasure to know Sara for many years, from her
beginnings in Black Oak Keep, through her reign as our Queen a few years ago
and until this day.

I have called her my friend for all these years and now I will have the
privilege to call her my sister in the Laurelate.

Congratulations Sara and well deserved.
