[Glaslyn] Our upcoming DOTF Event

If this is the best date - let's go for it.  If we have a site for then.  It
does seem we'll be limiting our fighters to local ones, but that only means
that we'll more likely see them at one of our other gatherings.  ;-)
We, of course, are not opposed to the weekend before Warlord if that's when
we can get a  site.

According to HL Afan, Kingdom Calendar, the best open date for our Defender
event is April 19-21.

The only conflicts would be the the following 2  events:

Bordermarch Baronial - Bordermarch (Beaumont, TX)
Highland Games II: The Clan Wars - Ffynnon Gath (San Marcos, TX)

Bordermarch has the Royal Progress, Centurion's Circle, and White Scarve's
Circle.

Since we all know that the Kingdom Calendar fills up way too quickly, I ask
you to vote on line and let me know if htis date is okay with everyone.

Please try and cast your vote over the next day or two so I can contact HL
Afan.
