I am going to play Devil's Advocate:
1) Do we have enough time to be ready by the April
date?  (I know you never have enough time.)

2) What sort of attendance will we have if people can
go play the next weekend at Warlord. (Will we get
people outside the Metroplex to commit 2 weekends in a
row?)

3) Has anyone found a site yet?  When is the site
available?
