Greetings Everyone:

As requested as last night's business/yearly planning meetings, I have done the following:

1.  Reserved the A&S room for the 1st and 3rd Wednesday's of the month through December.  The exception to this was the 1st Wednesday in March and the 1st Wednesday in November when the room is not available.  These dare the dates for our business meeting.  We will discuss an alternative to this at our next business meeting.

2.  Reserved the dance hall for the 2nd, 4th and 5th Thursday's of the month through December.

3.  The first time I could get the dance hall was February 14 - so this will be our first dance practice (the dance hall as already spoken for until then).

4.  I reserved the A&S room for Saturday, February 2 from 1-5.  If we want the room before or after this time, we have to pay a building attendant $10/hour.  Sorry Cyniric, this was the best I could do.

5.  I reserved the big hall for November 2.  Please remember to keep looking around for sites  so we can put in a bid for Laurel's Prize Tourney.

That's about all I have to report right now.

Thanks for everyone's support and suggestions last night.  It looks like we have a very exciting year ahead of us.
