[Glaslyn] Waterbearer stuff

May i remind the Populace of Glaslyn to save all those almost-a-liter water
bottles with 'sport tops' you're using this summer?  The Canton owns exactly
four, and our fighters will need several more for Defender.  I'll be at
Business meeting in July, and i'm sure Anne and Lothair will be around for
Populace to collect them.
