[Glaslyn] Meeting Reminder and Bid Reminder

Greetings all,
I just wanted to remind everyone that this week's populace meeting will be a
social gathering with games and food.  Please bring munchies and whatever
games you or your children would like to play.  This will be a great
opportunity for newer and more experienced members to get to know each
other.

Also, bids for our next event are due at this meeting.  If you have a bid
but will be unable to make the meeting, please contact Lady Lavina or
myself.  Remember the bid should include your plans for the event
(activities, themes, food, etc.), a site, and a general budget.  Site tokens
are already made so that will not need to be included in the expenses.
