Greetings!


    Okay I hear people had some questions for me after business, but I have
yet to get anything.  I will address the two I heard for Lavina.

  As to my blue card, no it is expired.  I cannot guarantee when I can get
it.  See rest of message for further explanation.

   As to co-stewards,  I do not have any, but at this point I need two, both
of whom need to be able to take this over.  Why is below.  This is not a
feeler request.  People need to step up.

    With the baby on the way AND being down to one car, I cannot continue to
head this event up.  My involvement in the SCA is going to back cut back on.
    Neither the car problem nor the baby were known about when I took this
on.  Now they pose impasses.
    I took this up because I saw it needed to get started.  If we went by
habit, we would still be probably trying to find a place at this point.  I
did get this started, but I need others to finish it, because I can no
longer put it first and give it the time.
    Before everyone gets mad, look at this:

-We have a site.
-We have people who already have volunteered to run the various aspects of
the event.   This is probably the hardest part and it is overcome.
-All anyone needs now is to come up with a schedule and budget, which will
be total dependent on people in understeward positions getting in lists of
needs.
-We will need a merchant coordinator which is just a matter of getting names
and getting them want they need which might just be tables.


Once again, I am sorry if people are ticked, but I need to do what is right
by my family and cannot do what I cannot make the time for.

   I have everything to pass on the person or people who can take it.

since I am off this week.
