Can you air-brush edible color??  Black food coloring alone or in white base
has been discovered to be rather inedible in the past.  We've discovered
that we can dye the cookie part in the bowl before we bake it, which takes
seconds, and doesn't impair flavor.  At this point, we're experimenting with
stencils and icing for the star, which can be time-and-materials consuming.
But we're always open for suggestions!
