[Glaslyn] Business Meeting Last Night

Lothar,

You were missed.  Basically, it was announced that the Financial Committee
decided to postpone the event.  The populace agreed and voted to combine the
Artisan and Defender events in September.  It was also announced that bids
are now open for autocrat(s) for this event and bids will close at either
June or July Populace meeting (sorry ya'll, I can't remember which).
