Glaslyn, just to let you all know....

I spoke with Anne Dragonslayer this morning.  She seems to be in good
spirits after her hip surgery.  But she says she misses us and wishes for me
to tell everyone "Hi!"

Apprently, Anne's last hip surgery (by a general surgeon) was not properly
fixed which facilitated the need for the survery she just had (by a
specialist).  She is in a great deal of pain and she says she is grateful
she is able to take horse pills in order to manage some of the pain.  She is
only able to sit at a 60 degree angle now.  She is able to stand (although
it's painful while getting up) and is able to walk with the help of
crutches.  Even though she is still in the hospital and is going through
therapy, she is still asking for simple tasks that she can work on to keep
her busy so she can feel like she is making a contribution.  The girl's a
trooper!

For those of you who do not know Anne, she is a hard worker and contributes
whole heartedly to our Canton as well as the barony of Elfsea where she
resides.
