[Glaslyn] Slight Modification of Terms re: baronial succession

Greetings, 
His Majesty has made these revisions to items regarding the commentary and polling for Steppes:
 
TRM's will accept COMMENTARY in any format until OCT. 20  (changed from deadline of Sept. 25).  If you send commentary online, please address it to crown at ansteorra.org.  BE CAREFUL and don't send it to public e-lists.
 
BALLOTS must be turned in at the polling, or postmarked by SEPT. 25 (not Sept. 26).
Ballots will ONLY be accepted in person at the polling or by mail--NO EMAIL BALLOTS.
 
If you have questions, please contact Fritz or Catrin privately at the above address or by telephone (listed in the Steppesletter, Black Star and on the Steppes web page).
