[Glaslyn] Announcement

Dear David,

LOL!  My dear, "normal" and "sca" rarely go together ~ and I shudder to 
think what SOP SCA would be labeled in the modern world!

I thank you for your congratulations, and for your excellent service. I 
notice that Glaslyn accounts for the lion's share of submissions to Laurel 
this last go-round, due entirely to you and to your staff. Well done!

And guys, I'm rusty. VERY rusty.
