As I understood it, it's $2 per meal for those who aren't working or
cooking -- or who haven't already provided a meal. It goes to cover the
cost of feeding 35+ people, which was the guestimated Saturday night count.
(People bringing fire thingies = working.)

Any "left over" cash after the receipts have been reimbursed might could go
as a "seed fund" for the next Glaslyn tourney kitchen, maybe?
