[Glaslyn] business meeting

I'm sending you the library policy on lending meeting rooms and the form 
  to fill out to request one. Probably not a good place to hold dance, 
but if you decide to have the other meetings somewhere that is free to 
get in (and free for us to meet at) this might be a good one.
