[Glaslyn] Equestrian at Defender of the Flame?

Perhaps begin planning it for next year? It IS a little last minute to ask
the Stewards to accommodate another contest. Should have thought of that
before I started burbling.... Sigh.

And, there really isn't any time to put together regalia, etc. If we're
going to do an Equestrian contest, we want to do it right. In fact, we might
want to do something to incite the wonderment of our fellows. ;-)

I think the big issue would be the insurance.  If I remember it requires
several months notice.

Honestly I don't see how we could possibly accomodate another contest at
this time.  We don't have the man power and while the site does allow horses
the conditions last year weren't the best for the horses---pot holes, ruts.
  It was difficult for the people to walk except in the area of the list
field and the road.  Our day is jammed pretty full as it is.
