Good Gentles,

Soon Steppes Warlord XXXI will be upon us.  We need wondrous things to
reward the mighty efforts of our combatants in this event.  Our champions
travel from afar and labor arduously for the glory of our Kingdom and
Barony so it is only fitting that we reward them as only our Barony can. 
Please contribute to our prizes for the generosity of the inhabitants of
the Steppes is known throughout Ansteorra.   Again, I will be doing the
prize coordination for this event and need your assistance to make it a
success. 

We are experiencing a shortage of items for prizes and currently do not
have near as many merchants signed up as we usually do for this event. 
So, I ask each of you to go through your fabric & trim stash to see what
you can give as we have a shortage of these items.  Some additional feast
gear items would be nice also; bowls, platters, plates, goblets,
tablecloths, runners, napkins, etc.  Any other accoutrements you have on
hand would be helpful also.  We have enough candlesticks;  however, we do
need some candles to put with them.   

Since many of you have asked what items are appropriate for
contributions, a list is appended below. We especially need prize items
appropriate for men. If you have questions or would like to help, please
feel free to contact me.   I will be at populace tomorrow evening to
collect items.  If you cannot attend populace, please let me know and we
can make alternate arrangements to pick up your donations.
