[Glaslyn] Steppes Seneschal Announcement

Greeting Unto the Barony of the Steppes and her Cantons from Master Philip 
White, Central Regional Seneschal,

As Lord Jon Rolfsson steppes down as your Baronial Seneschal, I ask you all 
to thank him for his service to the Barony. During his term he has managed 
the administrative tasks of the Barony as well as encouraged the direction 
of the populous.  Both of which are important jobs of the Seneschalate. Much 
of a Seneschal’s effort is behind the scenes and you may not even realize 
what efforts he went through to help out the group.  Please, let him know 
your appreciation for his labors by directly thanking him.

Also, please welcome Honorable Lady Margarite McBridin as his replacement as 
your Baronial Seneschal and thank her for stepping up to volunteer.  We 
expect her to do a great job. She had very well qualified competition for 
the position, so I thank those others who also applied.
