[Glaslyn] New shire to be formed

Hello my friend, 

You are indeed missed. 
As to the missive that you spoke of, this is the first
I have heard of the matter.
I truly have no idea why he has taken amiss the good
folk of Glaslyn and has spoken thus. I have been to
neither fighter practice or populace of late because
of health reasons. 
However my Lady has not spoken to me of a new
personage at either.
Possably the missave he spoke of was given to a
swaybacked horse that has not arrived yet?
