[Glaslyn] [Steppes] Radical Idea

Unfortunately, per section V of the local financial policy, item A states " Money may not be used in whole or in part to the benefit of private individuals or business" .  So we would have to work with donations of materials.
   
  Hope that helps.
   
  Maybe the owner would donate materials if we improved his property?  Just an idea.
