[Glaslyn] BBR Practice - At Armand's Warehouse, for 6/27 only

I have heard tell of an inconsiderate beast known as "Deluge" rumored to be
in the lands. In consultation with my  knight marshal, Lord Lochlan, we have
devised a plan to thwart the dreaded "Deluge". We implore all stalwart
defenders to muster at Dragonetti's Keep (Armand's warehouse) to sharpen
your blades, test your skill and stand fearless in the face of "Deluge".
 
The Keep is located just east of the mountains of steel and glass (downtown
Fort Worth), and more specifically at: 2525 Ludelle St., Ft. Worth, TX
76105. One must journey to I-30 and Beach Street. Travel south on Beach for
2 or 3 blocks and turn right (west) on Ludelle. The Keep is cleverly
disguised as "Gene Rich & Co." and is on the north side of Ludelle, 2nd
building from the intersection of Beach & Ludelle. Armand's red wagon (Ford
F150) will be out front.
