[Glaslyn] [Steppes] Gulf war gifts - need ideas

In response to question number 1, the answer is two-fold:

  1.  The gifts are for the King and Queen of the Kingdom assigned to us.  What they do with the items after we give them over is their business.
  2.  If we give them regalia -- that is, articles with the Kingdom's coat of arms (either ours or theirs) -- they will not be able to keep the items once they step down.  They must be set aside and used by future monarchs only.
